The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations and the conditions of purchase between www.ynsehai.fr and the buyer. The acquisition of a good through this site implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.
Acquisition
The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, distribution or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist retains his right to his creation. All requests must be made to www.ynsehai.fr. The sale of a work is the transfer on a commercial basis of the material property of the object which serves as support for his work. However, it does not result in the assignment of exploitation rights to the work for the benefit of the advertisement.
Ordered
The buyer who wishes to buy a product will have to fill in his order form with his contact details and validate it after verification. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale and is valid as proof of transaction. In the case of inaccurate or missing contact details, www.ynsehai.fr cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with delivery times.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address indicated within 14 days of receipt of payment. The delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process. Deadlines may be added depending on the terms of entry into the buyer's country. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier and www.ynsehai.fr within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.
Returns and refunds
The return of items must be made within 14 days after receipt of the package. Indicate by email (ynsehai@gmail.com) within 48 hours after receipt of the package the refund request for a return of item. Items must be returned in their original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer and any returned damaged item will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Www.ynsehai.fr is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Payment security and confidentiality
All purchases on the site are fully secure and insured by the site's hosting platform. The bank details are not communicated to the seller.
